If a coin names you, fees become an allocation subject to identity verification, eligibility review, and a 30-day claim window. After expiry, unclaimed recipient allocations are directed to KARMA buyback and burn. If you launch a coin, you represent that its metadata and artwork are lawful, that you can direct its creator fees, and that naming someone is not intended to harass or imply endorsement. Native fee-sharing locks and immutable token metadata cannot be reversed by Karma. The fee allocation is fixed: 65% to the recipient, 25% to buyback and burn, and 10% to treasury. Opt-out hides listings and redirects unpaid and future recipient allocations to buyback and burn. Network costs and integer rounding affect settlements. Payments are only successful when confirmed on-chain.
